The superior rooms are a part of the hotel main block with direct access to the main lobby. They overlook the hotel lawns and the sea in its backdrop. The Garden Villas are the typical Portuguese villas by the garden. Pool Villas are also Portuguese Villas but unlike the garden villas that overlook the lush lawns, they overlook the beautifully landscaped pool. Pool Suites are kind of extension over Pool Villas since they have a living room and an option of two bedrooms with one living room besides a single bedroom. All the rooms have television and direct telephone connection.
Other Facilities
The hotel provides 24-hour room service, safe deposit lockers, foreign currency exchange, baby sitters, laundry service, doctor on call and bicycle and vehicle rentals. It also has its complete shopping arcade.

Garden Restaurant is a buffet style restaurant that specializes in Goan and seafood grills. It also features the unique Gujarati Maharaja cuisine. Gazebo is an ideal place for a romantic candlelit dinner.
